Lecture 1 Inflation (You will begin with the main syllabus of economics with some reference to enhance your knowledge on economics. Inflation i.e., the percentage change in the value of the wholesale price index on the year-on year basis which effectively measures the change in the prices in the basket of goods and services in the year or say rise in price. RBI and Money market has major role in the execution of changes in prices. RBI was established on 1 April 1935, got Nationalized on 1 Jan 1949. You will learn its members and roles in India. This lecture will provide you detailed and apt information on each concept. You will get an idea on the types of questions asked in the exam. The questions discussed in this session, appeared in the exam.)

Lecture 3 National Income (National income is the total amount of money earned within a country in an year. Central Statistical Organisation has divided it into 3 sectors: 1) Primary sector 2) Secondary sector 3) Service sector. The three sectors differ with each other and contribute in national income. The highest national is generated with Service sector and least with Primary sector. We have three methods to find the national income: 1) Product method 2) Income method 3) Expenditure method. You will learn all the three methods to find the national income and with it you will understand the term GDP and NDP with formulas to find their value. With each topic you will also understand the types of questions asked in the exam. Minimum support price (MSP) is the form of market intervention by the govt of India to insure agriculture producers against any sharp fall in price. It is a very important topic in examination point of view. Towards the end of the lecture you will find the list of the different revolutions and importance of Crops, Agriculture and development of agriculture.)
