Lecture 1 Introduction (This is an introductory video of SP Sharma in which he has discussed the syllabus of the computer and the topics that are really important. You will discussion on the definition of computer, difference in computer and other electronic devices, Its functions, Its features, Computer system with examples, Computer language and scripting that includes the definition of both hardware and software, types of software, Different terms of computer languages and Steps to learn any language. This video gives you clear idea on what computer is and the types of question asked in the exam, the topic from which most of the questions are covered and the beginning of Computers.)
Lecture 2 Parts of Computer (Here in this video you will continue with software mainly Application software , different types of application software then you will learn its uses. You will also discuss few things on MS Office, its components and the uses of many other Application software like MS Excel, Power point, etc. Similarly you will learn about the parts of the computer i.e, Hardware and Software. You will learn their definitions and types. Each term is very well explained and tried to make you learn just watching the video. At the end of the lecture you will have a complete grasp of the things taught to you. Lecture 3 Input, Output & Storage Devices (You will begin with a small test in which you have to write the full form of some terms discussed in the last class and a quick revision of the topic discussed earlier and Then in this lecture you will continue with the remaining of parts of the computer i.e.,peripheral devices, optical devices and other output devices. You will find different types of output devices, soft copy/hard copy and so on. You will also discuss here different types of monitor and then you will also learn about various Printers and Plotter. Lecture 4 History of Computers (Now you will learn a bit about the history of computer. This lecture actually provides you details of the beginning of the computer. Purpose of designing computer. Who started logarithm and algorithm. Such questions are actually asked in the exam. So everything provided to you is meaningful and is provided to you in the form of notes as well. Lecture 7 Microsoft Excel: Random Dates (It is not just a lecture but a complete guidance. With this lecture you will master Excel. Lecture 14 M.S DOS (This is the main operating system in the syllabus. You will begin with the full form of M.S DOS i.e., Microsoft Disk Operating System and a brief history of operating system wherein you will learn about different generations of DOS. Then you will work practically. You will learn to run M.S DOS as it is a command based system so you can command it in terms if text only. Then you will learn about Internal Command and External Command, different between them, main extensions, terms like prompt and some internal/External Command.)
Lecture 15 M.S DOS Part-2 (Herein you will learn to create file. You will shown the steps live on the screen. You can see can and practice the same at your home or from any place. You will learning different commands to open a file creating it or to move/copy it from one folder to another or to hide and many more. This is going to be fun to command.
